In 2003, Zhumadian Hongxing Casting Co., Ltd. was established with an investment of RMB 500,000. The company leased a production plant of 1000 square meters and employed 12 production workers. Adhering to the principles of cohesion and unity and hard work, the company has obtained good returns and remarkable results.

Pragmatic development

In 2005, the company leased 50 acres of production site for the Sprinkler Machine Factory, and the leading products were the tube pile plate for construction. In 2007, it changed its name to “Zhumadian Xinchuangye Piling Accessories Co., Ltd.” with a registered capital of 15.5 million yuan. The company has perfected the organizational structure, and improved the production and operation management system and process and has added two casting workshops, two machining workshops and two drilling workshops successively, with 700 employees and an annual production capacity of 25,000 tons. With rapid development, the Company inherits the corporate spirit of seeking truth and being pragmatic, united and hardworking.

Industry-leading

From 2007 to 2008, a series of innovations and process improvements were carried out, CNC machine tools were introduced, punching was used to replace drilling, new heat-resistant materials were used for molds, and centrifugal casting was upgraded from one to four, which greatly improved production efficiency and product quality. Moreover, the company has participated in the formulation of industry standards and become the industry leader in northern China. It has created a development legend of Zhumadian’s industrial system.

Diversified expansion

In 2007, based on the mature experience of Zhumadian Company, Zhengzhou “Xinzheng Longxing Tube Pipe Accessories Co., Ltd.” was established, “Liaoning Benxi Yongxing New Building Materials Co., Ltd.” was established in 2008, and “Red Star Zhongyuan Iron and Steel Building Materials Co., Ltd.” was established in Nigeria, Africa in 2009 and “Red Star Zhongyuan Group” was established in Fuzhou in 2011. As the parent company, Zhumadian Company provides all-round support for the expansion and development of the group from the aspects of talent, capital and technology.

Transformation and upgrading

In 2010, a new factory covering an area of 180 acres was settled in the equipment industry cluster district. In 2011, the “auto parts project with annual output of 60,000 tons” was launched, and the product structure adjustment entered a transition period. In 2015, the tube pile plate products were completely withdrawn from the market, and the company officially entered the auto parts industry. In order to meet the requirements of new projects, the second phase of construction was started, technology was introduced, talents were recruited, management was optimized and equipment was updated. The brake drum and wheel hub production lines have been put into operation successively, forming a mass production scale, comprehensively developing the market, winning the trust of customers, and occupying a place in the industry.

In 2015, the company began to implement innovation-driven brand development strategy, encourage and support innovation and reform and vigorously promote product research and development so as to meet new market demands. The chairman put forward the concept of “producing the best car hub in China”. It won the Mayor’s Quality Award in 2015, the Mayor’s Quality Award in 2016 and was awarded with the title of municipal brand demonstration enterprise and top 30 industrial enterprises. Guo Gengmao, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Zhang Dawei, the Vice Governor of Zhejiang Province, visited the company successively.

Steady development

n 2017, the second phase of the new plant was opened, and seven machining production lines were expanded; in 2019, a 3-ton shell casting production line was added; in 2020, the number of machining production lines had increased to 10, with an annual production capacity of 30,000 tons. In line with the national automotive lightweight development trend, the company has strengthened the research, promotion and application of new technologies, new materials and new processes. “Red Star Zhongyuan” has become a mid-to-high-end well-known brand in the industry, and the products have been exported to Europe, America and the Middle East in batches. In 2018, it was awarded “High-tech Enterprise in Henan Province”, “Henan Province Quality Integrity AAA Enterprise” and “Henan Province Quality Brand” in 2019; “Zhongyuan Brand” in 2020; and was successfully selected as “Provincial Advanced Manufacturing Enterprise with the Financial Support”. The company has started the multi-variety, small batch, high-quality and differentiated development road with its own characteristics.
